I loved this, Tonks and Remus' first real talk was really interesting about how she talks about being a Metamorphmagus and the bright side and the downside to it. Remus being all angry on her behalf for Smith was really sweet.
The dishwasher sounds slightly whiny and I'm glad that Tonks got rid of him. Again Remus' anger on her behalf was really sweet even if that wasn't what happened to her. I loved the whole date on the roof and where they started their relationship, Tonks taking into account his doubts and then saying they would work them out was brilliant, it's what he needs to hear.

I read this story ages ago and I've been looking for it again for weeks! I love it, and I'm so glad I finally found it again.

Wow! I really, really like this. I've just started getting into the Remus/Tonks-as-main-pairing genre, but this is the first time I've seen Metamorphagii so represented (as "non-humans" in some ways). Well done!

Hey, just going through my bookmarks, rereading and saving them to my del.icio.us account and realised that I never left you a review for this so I am righting that now!

I really like your take on the start of their relationship, with Tonks' own insecurities as well as well Remus'. I kind of like these kind of fics where Remus is moonying (pun intended ;) ) after her for ages with Sirius and others knowing but not Tonks. Sets up some good banter between Sirius and Remus for a start :) The detail of the Order meeting at the start, from Tonks' fidgeting and her observations of the other members are amusing (and probably accurate I mean I can't imagine that they would have a lot interesting to say especially in early OOTP!) I really like the idea of the roof garden and their non-date was soo romantic, you couldn't fail to fall in love!

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know (finally!) that this fic is one of my fave accounts of the start of their relationship.

You've really done a great job capturing Remus' and Tonks' personalities. I can imagine their relationship unfolding just as you've described it.

Aw, SO sweet! Perfectly brillaint and amazing. Incredibly well written and the perfect "missing scene" that JKR didn't include. This was totally wicked. I will definitely be back to read mor eof your stuff, b/c if any other stories you write are as cleverly written as this, I'm sure to enjoy them. WEE!

Oh, loved it, perfection, wonderfulness to the max...it seems like a perfectly probable event in which they first acted on their attraction. It must have been a bit hard to write, but obviously you did more than an impressive job, becaus they are such an unnlikely pair in a way and two very different characters...but you filled in the blanks of what J.K. wrote, that's for sure! Fantastic. I must go read more of your stuff.
