I got most of it but i'm a little confused on the ending, how did the baby die, and why does she still think she has it?

I liked it. I read too fast and started getting confused halfway because I thought (step)Daddy was Draco (missed the green eyes clue) but it sorted out in the end. That she remembers in her dreams that she loves Draco and he got her to do bad things is delightfully creepy and leaves a lot to the imagination.
