Wow. Just...wow. THAT. SUCKS. BALLS. Just...wow. If I were in that situation, I would go on a rampage, then I would have a hissy fit, and then I would probably cry into my pillow, and then do it over again. Twice. AND, I would do all of that in, like, four minutes (I do have my manly pride to consider). I mean, THAT. SUCKS. GIANT. DISGUSTING. HAIRY. SAGGY. BALLS.

No seriously, if I were in that position, the first thing I would do is release all of those pent-up emotions someway or the other. You NEED to, or else you're not gonna be able to focus on writing, unless you just get over it by letting it go. On the other hand, though, I would NEVER let it go if my comp died; it has all of my juicy Shota, Shounen-Ai, even my precious Anime and Manga! I would never give that up for the chance to be an anime character in a Shounen-Ai show! Well, obviously, that's a little white lie, but anyways, I wish you good luck in the retrieval of all of your lost data (If a tech dude can even get it back...).
