Lovely! Are you going to continue this? Because it works nicely as a one-shot, but it could easily continue as well. I agree with what the other reviewer said... while Original Characters can be a pain, you've done a good job giving Lodi a purpose in her point of view... a way for us to look at our Serenity crew from the outside, you know? Keep up the good writing!

*wibbles* Oh, I am SO gonna think this is a sequel to your (still oh-so-well-written) darker fic, just because I AM a sap for happy endings, and this is a happy, bubbly ending for me. Not usually much for original characters, but Lodi was downplayed and very mellow, and I think I like her. Jayne's dialogue was very well-written, and I'm especially glad everything turned out all right for him. Is it bad of me to want to hear more in this vein? I think Lodi might fit in with the misfits of our Serenity. Anyway, I ramble, and I apologize! Keep up the amazing work, and I hope to hear more from you in the future (though I prefer happy bubbly fics; I know, I'm a loser). Thanks much!
