I don't know much about him, except what I've read, since I've only seen the new series, but all that needs to be known is that he is a Time Lord like the Doctor, so they're both aliens from the same planet.

Yes, it is the tenth Doctor. I mentioned it in the description of the Doctor Who section (I published the story twice under both sections so that both fandoms would see it) but I didn't mention it here, and maybe I should.

What if the Doctor was just borrowing the car? It's not like he's going to drive it into the TARDIS and bring it with him, right? *Shrugs*

The psychic money was just a joke I thought was funny. Do we know much about psychic paper, like is it rare or anything? At the very least, I'd think it would be pretty convenient for time travelers.

It doesn't mean it's AU for certain. Like, if I wrote a new BttF story and had Marty go back to November 12th a third time, would that be AU? I think Marty still has enough time to wake up before Biff gets back and have everything work out just as before.

Being a big fan of Doctor Who, of course I had to click this when I noticed it was a crossover. It does have a very interesting plot that I must applaud, although there are one or two things I didn't like. Firstly, in the Doctor Who section it is common courtesy to note which Doctor it is. You haven't, but from the trench-coat comments coupled with Rose as the companion I guess it's probably Ten. Secondly, I don't think Ten, or any doctor for that matter, would steal a car simply to follow someone. Thirdly, although Nine had acquired a single piece of psychic paper I doubt he would have thousands of them in the right shape for paper money without having used them in the series so far. And, if he did, why would he be giving them away?
This last one is a personal gripe, but I think you should have noted this was an AU as the Doctor and Rose kinda mess up Marty's escape from Biff's garage.

Oh dear, now I've made it sound like I hate it. xD Maybe I should have started with the criticism and ended with the praise? I have so many tiny gripes it's hard to find very many positive things to say. ^^;
