So, like...I love you, now.(Not in a wierd way, so don't flip. xD) Not only did you do an awsome Wicked piece, you also did Katoph, Kigo,and Raven/Starfire. Personally, I think you should do a sequel to this one...or at least add another chapter. It's so good! I was actually beginning to work on an Elphaba/Glinda fic as well.
As for the story itself, it was, (as usual in your case) very well written and very detailed. I loved it!

Very sweet in an Elphie/Glinda way^-^ I enjoyed how you described Glinda's view of Elphaba, I could clearly 'see' it. The section describing the moonlight and the cool air coming into the warmed room is equally as good!
