I have to say, this was exactly what I was looking for.

After watching the second bleach movie and another one of those horrible filler arcs, I was a bit...miffed at how hypocritical Soul Society could be and how it was run. However, you just saved me from writing my own fic about the matter ^^ because this story is very similar to how I would have gone about solving the matter. Right down to putting Unohana in charge.

I have to say I'm not partial to Rukia in the actual series (although I have to admit she has her moments), but you did such a great job with her. And you've got Ichigo nailed. You did a really good job of working with the characters and keeping the plot going so well.

wow. That was one of the best Hitsu-whumpage fics I ahve ever read. You did get me with the fake out, I almost wanted to cry for poor Shiro! I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found some decent writing for my private fetish! OK, that sounded kinda scary :). Well, that was a great read, Combiined with Dry Heat...*shakes head* congrats. That's all I can say. You. Are. A. Genious!

Rukia's just so evil! I love it. It reminds me of that part in Ironside, where Kaye's wondering if everyone 'felt like they had a monster beneath their skin,' or something like that. One of those fictions were things just go from bad to bad to super bad. LOVE!

Seriously though, you freak me out. I thought of all the process he'd done, and then that all of it had just been an illusion! Though I'm so happy that it isn't :)

I don't know why, but when an author writes !! or !? or ?? the whole story just seems to move down a step.

OH MY GOSH! You TOTALLY got me with that little illusion fake-out. Seriously, my heart stopped just like Hitsugaya's did. Wow, I just . . . wow. That was incredible.

I've got to say that this story is one of the most amazing bleach fics I've EVER READ IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I like how you address the problems with Soul Society while still having them being beaten. I like the twist how you had Yachiru have a bankai, and the thought of Hisagi being haunted by what they did for the rest of his life, and I like the thought of Unohana(sp?) being the leader, because she would surely set things right.

Inoue died because she thought it was the best choice. But because of that, Hitsugaya feel guilty and Rukia wants revenge. It's like the wheels of destiny.
