That WAS mean. It didn't feel like a full story, though. I mean, it felt like an excerpt from a story, not a dramatic ending. *shrug* Whatever. I agree with almost everything you said about Heero, and you're right that everyone depends on him, so who does he depend on? My problem with the story: He cut his stomach? Uh, no? I mean, how weird is that? All cases of cutting I've heard of have been on the forearms or wrists, but, hey, I'm no expert on the subject, so you could have documented evidence on your side. Nevertheless, I don't think Heero would just leave his cuts open like that. Shouldn't they have been bandaged or something? Maybe they were, and I missed that. Again, *shrug*. One more thing: how does Iria know about Heero's training? Lol, maybe the empathy thing runs in the family. But overall, a nice mini-ficlet that was an interesting read.
