Aw! This was very sweet, and I enjoyed it immensely! I just finished watching A Little Princess with my sister as part of my Christmas tradition, and it got me wondering about Ram Dass and Sara. I liked very much the tidbit about how it would be totally fine for him to woo her in his country. That's what made me curious about finding a story like this. But you did it better justice than I even imagined! I've favourited this so I can come back to it and read it over again. :)

I fell hopelessly in love with this movie when I was five, but I didn't know it. I screamed and cried during most of it...but the scene where she dances in front of the open window at night made me quiet, because I knew that there was something magic. But I didn't like the ending, because the so-called princess didn't get her prince.

I'm glad she almost did here. It's very...curious.

Absolutely adorable! Although, if you're going by the 1995 movie version, I think she had blue eyes rather than brown, but this was a gorgeous little fanfic :)

It's a strange pairing, but I can't help but like this.

I liked this. I don't know why, but I did. Perhaps it was the note at the beginning, informing me that you had taken liberty with their ages. That was nice.
