(nice bit about Snape's reaction to D on the dark magic user question)- Strange to think- in a little while, Buffy might show up with a bunch of slayers (post chosen) and get really mad about how the Ministry has been treating Dawn-

Allen Pitt 2007-06-02 ch 6,	abusePoor Hogwarts-- the whole "chosen" thing happened very very soon after B. got the medallion.. (so in effect Dawn was sent off with Faith instead of with an easily-tasered Xander. Heh). We definitely need Dawn to kick buffy in the shins the next time they meet. Next up: a very very nasty team of lawyers from W&H should show up. Maybe led by Lilah, let ouf of dead-W&H lawyer-hell just for this... also having a Howler from Angel(us) and/or Spike arrive should make for fun Might be fun if Dawn reads that book of prophecies and finds one on "the Key"... (especially since nobody at the castle knows what she really is yet).. --hey! Is Sir Cadogan (knight in one of the portraits, Book #3) a "Knight of Byzantium"? Heh heh... Imagne if he 'recognized' her... Connor could show up--got an owl & a "gee, how could we have missed him when he was 11? Weird!"

But that's a really really minor point... * on the 'spy' thing, one would think they'd check to see if eithe are witches, & my guess is Dawn would be able to use a wand --she's got more 'magical core' than any of them, probably. heh... she IS a magical core... if DD & Snape have heard of the Key... it'd probably be like finding out there's an atomic bomb in the room... they'd react to that news...my guess is she'd be very very powerful using a wand- By this point the watchers council has likely been blown up... so the Ministry has nobody to contact ... Dawn should try asking if she can write to her sister, they'd probably lend an owl...

Allen Pitt 2007-05-28 ch 4,	abusewell, Giles might have more than one place, aside from the one in Bath--he was pulling down 2 salaries for years after all ( school libararian + watcher, then revenue from the magic shoppe) -- * The 'you know who, no I don't' thing is like the "who's on first base' Abbott & Costello joke, isn't it?... huh. Strange that they'd ask Faith if she was 'an evil slayer' --have there been such in the past? Or have they just heard garbled reports about Faith from a few years before? That could get majorly awkward. and is it that faith "can't" be a slayer? Do they know about Buffy & think there are no others? Next up: why was Dawn "drawn" to the village, and all that stuff... Will Faith get violent if they administer veritaserum to Dawn & she doesn't like the questions?
