I found this fic harder to read than that episode was to watch! lol Very emotional, very painful... and exactly what I'd imagine was going through Dean's mind for the duration!

I wasn't sure I could read any more stories about this episode, but I'm glad that I did.

I had to smile when Dean thought about food and his brother. 'Once Dean got his brother back then Sam was never allowed to get food again,...'

I loved seeing Bobby return for these two episodes.

Now we know that Sam never knew Dean was holding him when he died. 'Sam died in his arms without even a goodbye.'

Really the overall word for your story was just Wow! Beautifully written and wonderful insight into Dean's thoughts.

THis was beautiful. Love the way you used the lyrics (listened to the song at her website - beautiful! Am definitely going to check out her music!). Great way of moving from irony ('Dean couldn't figure out why food now seemed to hate him') to absolute heartbreak. Awesome job :-D

The lyrics are a perfect fit for this story. Nicely done! I laughed out loud at the beginning, with the food hating Sammy bit (I got mocked from my hubby!), but I thought that was hilarious. Followed by yummy angst...
