that was depressing, but it was really good... who won the wager, Legolas or Gimli?

I LOVED the last scene between legolas and gimli. for me that's how legolas must've asked gimli to go with him, and the answer is as true to the characters as it can get.

This is a very sad yet heartwarming story. It got one of my votes at Teitho.

I think the conversation between Legolas and Aragorn is exactly the way I think it could have happened. There are two lines that I particularly like. One is: “And just as you go home, Legolas… so too do I.” And the other is: “I will remain here until you are gone… then… only then… will I go home as well.” I also like the way you weave the song with the story, which is a very well done effort.

Ah! I cried so much! I cannot believe this wasn't placed - it was so lovely, so beautiful, so touching! I can barely type, I'm crying, seriously!
(By the way, I have a stupid question. Are you the same LegolasLover who uploaded the "Brothers" video on youtube? It is my favorite video ever, so I was just wondering...)
