Just wondering when you are going to update again. This is a great story and I'd really like to see it continue.

This should have been the way it was written. My compliments, it never made sense that after 11 years of marriage she just left for LA and they never talked. The way you've incorporated, and especially after the "crossover" fiasco, was just much better than they way that was forced on us to learn more about them. I'd expect that this could have been a scene between them.

Was searching for a good Mer/Der to read and glad I found this, there's not may of their fics rated M, just discovered that today. Look forward to reading the unexplored scenes on Grey's... I decided to the the same after 4.11 and it is challenging. Like what you've done thus far, good insight to their feelings.

Wow...so I just read all 30 chapters in like 2 hours and girl you are awesome.

I read how you think you are too old to be writing fanfiction. Says who. If you are great at it and you enjoy it...go for it.

I am also a BIG fan of AriaAdagio...her fic was the first one I read on here and it is hard to live up to her excellence, but I have to say you are close.

I really would love for you to continue, but I know how writers block is as I have experienced it myself. I dont post on her yet but I am published on Surgical Language and the Greys McBoard.

Keep up the excellent work and I hope to see this updated soon.

I LOL at the "if the cap fits or something." You slipped that one in really well...seemed natural and not forced. Just found this story yesterday. I was originally skeptical of the erectile dysfunction as a plot but you surprised me. It really does work for them to "start again". Where did the gossip go? Ideas for dates (I've been to Seattle a few times)...always bugged me the woman can't cook at all, how about Derek teaches her and feeds her roommates (a way to work out problems w/ Izzie ) - lasagne? pancakes? Kayaking - fits Derek's outdoorsy persona and the kayaking is really superb around that area (whales!) An evening at the book store - didn't care for Derek's choice as favorite book (& even less fanfiction that always has Mer reading bodice rippers), Seattle has some great bookstores, the tourist trip to the Space Needle (my husband was mortified when his drink came with a miniature space needle on top - I hate heights!), or a trip to Vancouver for Hockey (closest city w/ a hockey team), they can deal w/ 2 hotel rooms (he has plenty of $), and they can have an amusing trip to Wreck Beach (Vancouver's nude beach - time of year?).

I do like this story and I hope you will keep writing. I really like these characters and while I'm endlessly annoyed w/ the show and watch intermittently, I really enjoy well written stories that rounds out their personalities.

So please, more as you have time.

Indeed...fluff does a body good. And definitely does Meredith and Derek some good. I loved the date and how well it turned out. Amazing how those simple "first" kisses can sweep you away, and you did a fabulous job going through all of the date leading to it. Can't wait to see where you take this next.

Oh I love surprises, so I hope there is one in their second date. You do an amazing job of working their psyches and all, figuring out what they must be thinking and what not. Can't wait for the next chapter, whether it takes a couple days or a few months. lol
