You must be a huge fan of the show because this is right on character, This is an excelent monolouge. It's interesting, It reads just like a monologue right off of the show, and in many ways, it's better than the show. well done.

First off: Nice use of Shakespeare.
Second off: Are you British? While Hugh Laurie is British, House is very American and I doubt that a lot of these terms were manage to get in his journal. All I've heard him say on the show was... "Bloody hell"? I think. He might have let out a "bleeding". What was the word... Aww man... I can't find it... It was some crazy word I'd never even heard before... Ugh... Oh well. ;)
Third off: I like the second paragraph a lot. Shows House in his full "What the hell" kind of thought process.
Fourth off: I really like this. Good writing. A lot of thoughts. This is your strength and my weakness.
Furthermore: I like the fourth paragraph from the end. Halarious. xD

In conclusion: This is very good writing. It's very good... and I'm assuming that this would've been your first post on FanFic too. Very, very talented for a first peice. Very good. ;)
