Interesting start to a story and it is always good to see a view from one of the least written about characters, Rufus. This is making me think about about my own Rufus story that I put on hold. Should be interesting to see what else Rufus thinks about his life.

So ends the first entry in the Journal of Rufus the Naked Mole Rat...I wonder what's on the next page? Maybe a mention of the song his blond 'pet' came up with or his declaration of the meaning of life to his many descendants?

Would have thought you would have gone with Commodore Puddles instead of an English Sheep dog. Alot more story legacy there. Story has potential; afterall, the meaning of life is CHEESE! Look forward to the next Chapter.

Nice intro! There are not too many stories written in Rufus' point of view, so this should be an interesting read. Can't wait to see Rufus' adventures in the land of cable!
