, i nearly cried, that was really sad. and yet, i was somehow laughing as well. very pignant, great story!

Oh my god!You made me do something that I have not done for a story for...5 years. You made me cry. Sad fic, but still good.

Aw, this is lovely. It's heart-breaking, but lovely. I love Sarah's POV on all this, and all of the emotions that you portray so well. It's in character, which is great, and incredibly well-written. Your dialogue and imagery is awesome, and some of the lines- "She tried to catch his eye, but it was like fishing without bait. No bites.", Greg's whole Star Wars schtick (and I totally agree with him on not being able to watch it if I miss the beginning), the pancakes, not being afraid, Sara's "I am NOT a girl" (Which, like some of the rest of it, is very funny and totally appropriate, even in such a sad fic), everything, is just marvelous. And I love the title. Anyway, great job, thanks for sharing.

sniff sniff so sad yet really good

One of my friend's dad has just been diagnosed with a brain tumour. Needless to say, the ending to this story had me bursting into tears. It was incredibly well-written, and though I know it's a little late for a review, but I felt it my civic duty as a fan of CSI fiction to tell you how remarkable this story is.

I realized that this is supposed to be somber, melancholy story where one is supposed to cry and whatever, but 'May the force be with you, Greg' Made me laugh a bit. Sorry, it just did.
