This story was absolutely wonderful. It's the perfect story for a rainy day, or a cold night with a cup of hot chocolate. It was very relaxing, even though the ravishing scene had me jump a bit. *throws Duo and Heero plushies*

the story was wonderfully sappy :) i liked how heero took in relena's advice and tried to incorporate that advice to his date with duo. seriously, i would think dating manuals would be more appropriate. anyways, nicely done!

Amazing! It was adorable, and very heart felt. It gave me warm fuzzies inside! -chuckles- Very nice, I thought. I agree with Duo being a diamond in the rough. He always struck me as simple... Very nice, though!

I am suddenly fascinated by gems. And I bet that wasn't the story Duo told at the Christmas party about how he and Heero got together hehe. Very cute story, did it help get you out of the slump?

WARNING! SHORT REVIEW ALERT!

Well, this was perfect. I got a kick out of this. I love how this is from Duo's P.O.V. Wanna know why I like it so much? You can see just HOW much side-tracking his mind does, even in the weirdest situations. But we love him for that anyway, don't we?

Love the gem theme, too. Twas perfect! *claps* And I like the similarities between the pilots and the gems. And yes, Duo, calling someone a diamond means more than calling them "baby" and "honey". Honestly, can ANYONE see Trowa saying anything REMOTELY similar to that? Even if it's to Quatre? NOT ME! I can see him saying "diamond" just fine. And it fits, too. But Duo's got a point. Quatre seems more like a lolite. (That may be due to the fact that his space-heart is somewhat empathic and he can feel pain from others when it's intense enough).

The only thing that has me peeved is Wufei's stone. I believe his eyes are onyx, yes? Then that must be his stone, yes? Hee, just kidding. But Duo's got a point. Onyx fits Wufei entirely. I mean, the guy saw his clan blow up for the love of god! He HAS to have self-control! I mean, the guy didn't even cry... when I did. Yes, I admit it. I cried when Wufei's clan blew themselves up. Although to this day, I'm still trying to figure out why they did it.

THAT'S GETTING OFFTRACK! (I'm turning into Duo...) And Quatre's stone for Duo... hmm. Seems to fit well enough, but it doesn't exactly jump out like "diamond in the rough" does. I mean, sure, I can see Duo matching up well with a smoky quartz. Makes sense. But Heero's means more.
