I loved this chapter! They way you described Lucas's insecurities was excellent...very well written! I wish Brooke would have actually been this nice about the whole breakup instead of treating Peyton like **, when it was all Luke's fault! I didn't like her much in season 4, but now I love her. and I'm starting to love her in this story as well. :)

I stumbled across this story tonight and thought I'd give it a look because I love Leyton and I adore Chris Keller. I must say that I love and at this point I don't know who I'm rooting for. I'm a diehard Leyton fan but the way you have written Chris and Peyton is phenomenal. I hope you decide to continue because I cannot wait to see how it ends. Gotta say though, that last chapter and Peyton's reaction to just the sound of Lucas' voice gave me chills.

This is so great! I really like this story! Looking at a few of the reviews it looks like quite a few people are going for the whole Peyton/Chris Keller thing but to be honest...this story makes me like Lucas/Peyton more than I did already! I really like how you described and showed their love. Even though a few moments seemed a little unbelievable(Brooke being supportive of Lucas and Peyton right after they broke up, this story really does bring the characters to life and for the most part I could see perfectly everything that you were describing. You have a real knack for conversation and hidden meanings in words. Like I said, I really enjoy the story. Please continue! Even if you aren't into 'One Tree Hill' anymore, I think you've created your own world with this story.

i really love this story. its funny, its makes me laugh and smile, and chris OWNS this fan fiction. hes way awesome, along with p.sawyers sarcasm, all the banter between brooke/lucas/peyton. its amazing. im a hardcore lper, and by reading this FF i love pris. seriously part way through this, i preferred pris to LP. but lets face it LP are epic, my heart still belongs to them. i would really like you to finish the FF. i want to see the ending. thank you, great work.

I waited so long for an update from you & I finally got it. You have no idea how happy I am right now. Loved every single word of it. And I especially loved the following lines:

"And then you both can do the whole pining-from afar-star-crossed lovers-I-love-you-but-I-can’t-be-with-you thing all over again."

They just made me laugh and think how absolutely right Nathan is. I was sad for a moment when I read that it had been eight months since Peyton is with Chris, but also a little happy when she still freaked out when Chris mentioned his parents. I know it's really mean considering she's happy with him, but it's the leytoner in me that can't see Peyton with anyone but Lucas. Absolutely loved the part where it was Lucas's voice that she imagined soothing her when she tried to stop her tears. Can't wait for another update. Will be looking out for it.
