That's a really different perspective, and I enjoyed it. You don't usually get to see Willow and Tara get old-even though I like to pretend Tara didn't die the way she did.

Nice job.

I really didn't expected it to be on 2051.

Great story. I like it. Good Job!

I loved it! I thought it was brilliant how you wrote it as if Tara never died in season 6 and that Willow and her children and stuff. Very touching

It took me a second to catch up, but that was very well-done. You managed to paint the image of elderly Willow with offhand descriptors, and elderly Xander with none at all. They spoke like they always had, but it was very evident that time had passed. Maddy's appearance was well-timed in proximity to the past that they had.

Maybe it's the midnight talking, but Maddy's relation is not clear to me. "Uncle Xander" and "Grandma Willow" threw me off in the direction of Spain. I know they're not literal titles. She's very probably Buffy's kid or grandkid, but in that case it still doesn't make sense to call Willow Grandma by any stretch. She's old, but... Buffy would be the same age, as is Xander here. It's obviously not a big thing, but it's distracting.

I finished this with a sense of peace. The closing phrases portray that feeling well. I am, as usual, impressed.

That was just beautiful. Sems a lot like Tara, if events had gone differently; when you said 'just death' it took me a while to realise thise wasn't Tara's S6 funeral - that it was actually just that - just death in its simplicity. Also, everyone gives Willow and/or Tara arthritis when they're older; not quite sure why. I guess they're thinking that there's Willow with her typing, her never-again-mentioned piano playing from season one, and possibly a dirty joke in there about fingers. Anyway, I am, as always, quite taken by anything you write, especially if it's Tara-related, and I'm not disappointed.

Well, you did it. Nicely too. I knew soemthign was very different when Xander mentioned the flat tire, and then when Anya was described as gone. I liked it.
Howard Russell 6/4/07 . chapter 1
Very poignant. Very well done. Not what I was initially expecting, given your self-challenge, but very satisfying in the end.
