Glad that you were finally able to get back and write more on this. RL has been a bit of a bear for me as well, and I apologize both for how late I am in dropping a review and in how lame the review is. You wrote you hope to finish up with an epilogue in the near future, and I am going to believe you - and may try to reread the whole thing at that point to get a better feel for the story. (It has been so long I lost track of some of the characters.) Hope you are able to get back and wrap things up soon.

Interesting start and premise, interesting twists.

Little disturbed at the way that the Mexicans are marking Centaurs as property rather than as people.

And why would Kim even allow a saddle? She seems completely passive with the assaults on her as a person. I would have thought Kim would have given Joss a piece of her mind (and a couple of dirt naps) for even thinking that she could be tamed.

Can't believe Wade wouldn't understand what being "broken" meant, and that he wouldn't care what it would do to Kim.

Not sure how to take Mr. and Mrs. Possible's reaction to Kim as a Centaur. I mean they dealt with her being bonded to Bonnie and switching bodies with Ron. How could they send their daughter away just because she was part horse?

I guess there seems to be a bit of a disjoint in their commonly accepted characteristics that might need some more forethought. And not sure where the story is going.

Of course, I can understand the title, if the Centaurs are going to have to carve themselves a country, like the Mutants in Marvel had to do to preserve themselves against the predations of mankind, but at this point I'm not sure if you've simple dropped this or if you're going to bring it to conclusion. So far, you've painted a pretty bleak picture for their race.

Wondering if (and hoping) there will be a chapter 6...?

I think you just hit the first anniversary of starting this story. It may be the space between chapters, but I don't feel like I have a clear sense of what is happening in terms of over-all story direction. I'll try and remember to scan the whole thing next time you update and see if that gives me a better sense of where the storyline is leading or why Mexican government declared centaurs property.

Hope the wedding goes wonderfully... They usually do, although the couple are often too nervous to remember that fact.

Been so long since this was updated I may need to go back and review. I thought the Will scene was especially well done. You also handle the problem of logistics for Kim very well, although I am not certain what "official centaurs" means (are there unofficial centaurs?).

The whole thing has me curious. Good luck on being able to keep to your schedule and getting this finished.

Well I´m guessing that Shego will be developing the same "horse" tendencies Kim just developed in this chapter, and I´m sure that like Kim, she wont react too badly to them

In my opinion, Kim became a bit too needy i this chapter, but I´m guessing that can be blamed on the whole centaur sitch.
