I think of all the post-eps, this is the one I really needed to read. Thank you for such a splendid job of finishing that dark moment in Bobby's life.

I'm so glad that Alex was able to give Bobby's mom the reassurances she needed before she died!! Even though she wasn't able to tell her "yes I love him," Bobby's mother knew!! Great story!!

This was beautiful. You were able to make it detailed with out going over board and while you had details the dialoge was smooth flowing. I loved the conversation between Eames and Bobby's mother. Very well done.

This was very well written. It had to potential to be a really quick fix with a lot of mush and sap, but you gave it depth. I really am against B/A but I liked the way you handled this. I really enjoyed this.

You are a truly brilliant writer. I read this and immediately had to read every other CI fic you've written,and I thought I'd condense a few reviews into one.
I'm very VERY impressed. Your characterisation is always spot on and insightful, not only in terms of being 'in-character' but also in the depths and complexities you recognise and develope. (even though i'm not necessarily a shipper myself, your take on things is easy to swallow.)
Like your story 'Understated', so is your approach to story telling- and that's what makes everything so believable. The characters reach fundamental conclusions from their own reflections, but because it's mostly internal, it's as though everything and nothing changes all at once. I find it very true to life and profound.

You write with such intelligence, originality and wit. I can't go on long enough about the wit: the imagery you use and the references (edgar suit..rolf) are so creative and always gets a chuckle out of me.
The thing I love most though is your narrative voice. Regardless of the POV, it always has such charming personality. Especially in 'Truisms', I find myself thinking: the narrator is someone i'd like to hang with! That is very rare, even in good writing.

So to sum it all up (do you feel your ego stroked enough yet? haha), keep on writing and I look forward to reading more of your gems. =)

In all of your work, I have been very impressed by how you inherently understand the deep friendship between Goren and Eames (and convey that to the reader) and what that means for to both of them. This piece is no exception - well done!
