You, i must say, are one of the best Fan Fic writers i have seen in my days. I am an aspiring writer, and i am as well a great fan of the final fantasy series. I am currently writing a fan fic of Final Fantasy I (or VI in the US) and was reading some to get a few ideas. This was a few weeks ago. Since then i have found your story and have not been able to stop reading it.

I'm enjoying this story very much (even if you did kill off Edgar! Waaaah!). I like your characterization of Setzer quite a bit (Do read "Setzer's Christmas" if you want to see some alternate pairings, as well as Cyan and Lola as Queen and King of Doma).

Have I ever told you just how much I love everything that you write? Well, probably, but even then, it's not enough! You just write so wonderfully well! I wish I were this good! You do battles VERY well, and the way that you wrap plot around twists and turns is just astounding! It's a shame that you said you don't get many reviews anymore, because you DESERVE to hear about how good you are! _ I love everything that you've written, even if some parts of this one make me want to cry, (just about everything bad between Locke and Celes... but hey, Kat's a sap that loves them together, what else is new?) and I love your style of writing, it's very descriptive! oooooh! Ah, I knew Edgar would be saved by Setzer and Relm. Excellent chapter...the depth put into all your chapters is simlply amazing, and now I understand why it takes so long to update! The scene b/w Locke and Celes was especially poignant. Setzer's thoughts about Relm, his conflicting emotions, all nicely conveyed.

You truly are the Scribe of scribes.

One word. Wow. This was the best plot and character development in a story I've seen in years. I commend you on a job well done.

Damn...that was an outstanding chapter. For Esper's sake, you had better not have killed poor Edgar! Let him be saved by Setzer and Relm or something, but don't kill him!

And when Locke snapped like that in the end...almost poetic justice, in a way. Though I wonder if Morgan wasn't saved by that mysterious medallion he's carrying. Me want more!

Wow! Nicely done. My only complaint is when you wrote somewhere at the beginning of this chapter, "he was rapidly becoming unaccustomed." That didn't make any sense to me. But the rest of it was just great! Don't be too long in getting the next chapter out.
