Wow - very intense! I love that it's from Logan's POV. He's such a closet romantic in the show and you really show that here in his inner monologue.

"He’s impaired by alcohol, by trust, by the past and the responsibility the size of a boulder between his shoulder blades."

This line just blows me away. It was so hard reading this, because their vulnerability and suppressed uncertainty is so palpable. Because they're both still so hurt and scared (especially Logan, who's already lost so much). At the same time, it was a pleasure reading, because you're writing, your ability to channel these character's emotions and thoughts, is extraordinary.

Veronica Mars is my favorite show I hate that it got canceled! That was good!

I LOVED the last line of the story. I think it perfectly captures the desperation, love and emotion between them. Such a heartbreaking level of feelings between them. I don't know which type of story I prefer more, the happy ending or the angst. Oh who am I kidding, bring on the angst!
