fuck me. maybe its the lack of sleep, the million exams, the pms..whatever: i am crying. honest to goodness tears. normally a dramione fic which *isn't* naked/sex head boy head girl is about as deep as i get in fanfiction. this was amazing. so well written, very emotive (obviously). love the vonnegut reference. got chills when the plaques appeared. couldn't believe scrimgeour could be such an arsehole but then i could.

the end reminds me of the end of noughts and crosses by malorie blackman, when callum gets hung, but in a bit more detail.

That was so powerful, I can hardly see what Im typing as Im crying so badly! Poor Ginny! I started to feel the sadness what Luna said she'd be seeing her mother soon, after that I just lost it completely, that was so sad, perfectly written.

The end was especially well written _ I cried.

Oh, gosh, I'm sitting here with tears running down my face. I almost couldn't read Ginny's last words, my vision was so blurry. I just can't believe that they would hang her, when she's more a hero than anyone else in the war...except the students who died. Ginny's thoughts hit the war spot on-it's a children's crusade, the adults left it up to the kids fend for themselves. After all, the wizarding world did pin their hopes on a boy, didn't they?

It's beautiful, someone actually cared enough to do a story properly yay! It shows the corruption of the ministry, the bad, the good, even if there is no grey, the death. The numbness Ginny is feeling during the battle to safe Hogwart's and the students. Even if it wasn't suppose to be or was it is beautiful, even if death is ugly. I'm rambling, anyway I like, yo didn't half-arse the death and pain when writing like most people do. It's written wonderfully.

That's so typical of the modern world...take somebody who saved a bunch of people and convict that person. If that person hadn't done it, they'd be convicted of not doing anything.

Brilliant, finally a Harry Potter battle in the styles of Tom Clancy

While the story is well-written, I keep coming back the point that I don't believe she would have been taken to court, Harry's situation in OOtP notwithstanding. The war, by this time, was a reality, and I am sure the Wizengamot would have seen the extenuating circumstances. The Aurors were there, doing the same thing. But for that inconsistency, I think it was well-written.

No, don't split it. Much more effective as one chapter. Lovely piece. Had me crying. So good. So good.
