The title says this is NaruSasu. It's not. NaruSasu is more commonly used when Naruto is the seme (top) and Sasuke is the uke (bottom).

The start of the story was good but it got silly near the end. 'hot dog in to Naruto's buns' without prep that would be xtremelly painfull no matter how many times you've done it.
