Overall, good story - will Draco's little sister finally learn how to do magic without blowing things up though? I wish she does!

I have a limited schedule right now, not to mention I read slowly, so (and please don't get offended by this) I decided to read the reviewers comments on Evee besides the story. The reason for this, besides time, is because what the reviewer thinks about a story is often the most important. After all, it is them who authors try to impress, and as company people say "the costomer is always right"
You can hate me for choosing to do this, but I thought it would be a better way to see Evee.
Anyway, a lot of the stuff they were interested in was Evees relations with Ron and (it mentions) Seamus. This I don't really have a problem with, because a lot of people are in relationships that change and such and that can't classify someone as a Mary Sue.
Someone also mentioned she was a slut. They do wear uniforms at Hogwarts, so when you do rewrite it, you might want to change that.
As for family relations, if everyone with family relations to bad people was a Sue, Harry Potter would have people pissed off and protesting against him. So still good there, but don't overdo it.
The great thing is an overwhelming ammount of reviewers (even some of the flamers) really liked your plot. That's a talent and definitly keep that :D
