| bionic4ever 2007-06-15 ch 7, | abuseWhat a beautiful, touching story! I love how Laurie recognizes that the 'kids' are mature enough for her to entrust more of her personal history to them. And the three 'kids' make such a wonderful, cohesive new detective team. (I smell a sequel!) It's so sad but very realistic that Ceci is ostracized by her peers, but at least she has Mya and her close-knit, loving family to ease the pain. Steve as Santa is so perfect! (But you know I wish he'd won the bet...!) Thanks for the ear-to-ear smile! :) |
