Wow. I've only started reading the story and I felt I had to review already! I just wanted to say that I love how Sakura stayed in character (or what seemed to be how she'll be when she reaches that age) I really admire writers who do that, I can't stand OOC lol. Very well done on that part!

Also, your descriptions are love. Very well written and it really gave me a good imagery. It's so detailed to the point that it doesn't leave me wondering about other things in the background etc. And the emotion, wow. It's raw, it's real.

Oh my. (Pls keep in mind I'm reviewing as I read) Naruto pissed.. his lines, I really liked them. I could just see it, Naruto saying those words.. in those moments when he's just really hurt inside. Although, I must say, the use of "bubble gum hair" kinda ruined the serious mood a bit. Just a thought!

Ahh, what lovely ending. Not cliche or anything like that, I loved it. A lot. Specially Naruto's last line! It seems so like him!

It was heart-wrnching, I must say that!

It served it's purpose, it twisted my heart and for more than on moment put me in Naruto's place as his heart and my own where being contorted and shattered into pieces.

I love, I truely love this story and I would REALLY appreciate it if you did another pain-filled chapter of it!

I think one of the most painful moments was the end when he said 'So I’ll wait. Eventually you’ll break me.'

I think it was sad of Naruto to know that Sakura will break him, shatter him like a broken mirror, discard him like a useless toy. He perfectly knows she will do that. But his love for her consumes him so much he can't turn her away.

It's really depressing to see Naruto in thqat state, and is therefore earned a place on one of my top-angst stories!

This was the first time that I had ever read any of your works, but I must say, it's a very good first mipression. I really liked how it stepped out of the normal boundaries of some fluffy scene with Naruto and Sakura. I mean, I don't have any objections to those, but, this had so much depth into it. Everyone thinks that Naruto's just content with Sakura bashing him all the time during their Genin years, because she's there with him. But I think it isn't realistic for there to be something like that. I mean, yes, he is, but at the same time, there's anger, depression, and other feelings. Mainly pointed at Sasuke, sure, but Naruto's not like...a robot programmed to be the perfect socialite. He has to let out his anger somewhere, right?

So, yes. I liked how it was different. And that it was real. As real as real gets. It wasn't all, "I love you." *Sakura thinks for a second* "Me too!" You know? It had more to it. And I really liked that. It showed a lot more depth in this part of their lives. Naruto's not some perfect person in the love department, and that he gets mad at her. And it's not always jolly olly valentines day honey moon state.

Good job. Continue to write NaruSaku. :D

I don't know why you want a flame it was written very well, no trouble reading in my end. The plot was interesting one it portrayed everything I wanted to see from either parties. From Sakura her feelings for the teme, and Naruto. How, no matter what, even through the pain he goes through for her, he will stand by her side and wait. To either get his heart broken or have one of his happiest moments happen. His life is already hell as it is, but going through that for her shows you the kind of man Naruto is. And man, dude seriously that guy as got guts, and an iron clad will. That is why Naruto is really my fav character in the manga no matter what nothing brought him down.

The whole series of manga, even though the manga isn't a romance many readers await for the choosing. Would Sakura come back to Sasuke or finally find love in Naruto. Naru/Saku could happen all the points shown in the manga part 2 indicate that they have gotten considerably closer. They are able to trust each other and don't have to hide themselves from each other. I'm a big fan of this pairing they have something I can't quite place. Maybe it's not 'love' yet, but you know she cares for him deeply. She was willing to fight Sasuke when Naruto froze.

I'm no Sasu/Saku, when I look at this pairing I see a weaker Sakura in all this. Why you ask? It's just really if you think about it would their really be 'love.' Sasu/Saku(daydreamers) fans believe it would be a passionate love, soul mates, and all that that's stepping the boundaries a bit. It would probably be a mutual understanding. Fans believe Sasuke would do a one eighty and all of the sudden he becomes a passionate lover, nice, and compassionate. This is where I draw the line OC up the ass, in the manga Sasuke is nothing like that, yes, he cares for his friends but not at that degree. What kind of friend really is he when he killed naruto three times in the part 1 series. Luckily, kyuubi was there to save him. The only thing I see if Sakura picks Sasuke would be, her career would go down the drain, and literally her shinobi duties go with it. Why? because the revival of his clan. Which will really put sakura's character in the dirt. She changed becoming the next Tsunade, becoming one of the mest medic-nin, probably if not one of the strongest in the village. I would hate to see her go down like that.

Naru/Saku just works they understand each other, they both want to strive for their dreams. And would support one another to get there. In the manga it may not be romance between them, but it could develop between the two. Their relationship is

'Companionate Love' being friends, supporting, helping achieve their goals. Maybe out of this it would become something more at least I'm hoping from the manga. But you know what we may never know until it come around.

Long time no see StormofSilver :)! It's your old friend Mr. Lee. It's been a while since you wrote a NaruSaku fic and this one did not disappoint (Though honestly, this felt more like a straight up Angst fic than a Angst/Romance to me. But that's a minor detail.). You DEFINITELY showed why Sakura is one of the biggest love/hate characters in Naruto and in anime itself (I like her 2nd arc form, but I CANNOT STAND her 1st arc self.). But despit all that Naruto said, he'll still wait for her and still cares about her (One of the many reasons why Naruto is my favorite ninja next to Gaara.). Well done my friend :)! I don't think you need to worry, you are a great NaruSaku author and I hold you in the highest respect (You are on my favorite authors list for a reason :).).
