Optimistic Semi-Goth
2008-08-21 . chapter 1
Whoa.

This was really powerful. I couldn't help thinking that it could be put to music, too, and sound really cool. 8D I especially liked:

"Don’t bother knocking

All my doors I’m locking

Don’t bother crying

It’s only denying

I’ll never run to you again

When I came, you chased me away

Time and time again"

I felt myself drawing closer to the screen because it was so powerful. 8D

Also, *favorites it*

Just a question, but was there any reason behind the number of syllables per line? Because the differences are the only thing... it's not bothering me, but my mind keeps trying to put it to music. XD And it gets harder with the style of open, rhymig poetry you used.

Interesting, although I can't say I liked it much. Too many depressing poems have been written on this subject for me to enjoy reading them.

I noticed that, in the beginning of this poem, the lines rhymed. They then stopped rhyming, and finally started again towards the end. Is there an explanation for this?

Interesting, and flows well. Since you're good at poetry, have you ever considered writing songs? It would be fun if nothing else.
