I liked the way you displayed Laura and Almanzo's emotions. That episode was so heartbreaking to watch. I never knew that Rose had no idea about her younger brother. That was a surprise.

Hi, there. you have done very well capturing the emotions Almonzo and Laura must have felt over the loss of their son. I think too that in that time and place, sorow was viwed as weakness, so a lot of effort was made in hiding it. We are taught in life to deal not surpress our emotions as it is harmful to hide them but what a different time and placce laura lived in.

Good story. I must point out that I don't think people said "Oh (my) God" back then- it was pretty much forbidden.
