 Midnight.Rhapsody13 2008-01-17 . chapter 2WOW! I LOVE IT! |
Locky's Princess 2007-09-22 . chapter 2 I laughed I cried it moved me Bob! O.K. maybe I didnt laugh but something close to that. Awsome, absolutely awsome! |
HumanAbstract 2007-08-08 . chapter 2That story was a little big glorious. ^^ You have the talent of managing to impart important information in just a few sentences, but not making it seem obvious: the madman bit was told just enough that we understood it, but not enough that a huge red arrow was pointing to it. The symbolism of the mare/foal was unexpectedly touching, and the way Sherlock's mother described him, physically, was a joy to read. The recounting of the photography incident was perfect. The only concern is that the conversation at the end rode the line between sweet and melodramatic, though the last few lines absolutely saved it.
All in all, this piece showcases your considerable talents very well. The point of view of the mother was unique, your writing style is fluid and simple and a joy to read. The diologue could use a bit of work, but it doesn't detract from this one-shot at all. A beautiful read. |
MoonlitPuddle 2007-06-30 . chapter 2Ah, sad. And very good as well - shows why Holmes went into his line of business. Very good! Mae carnen! |
A.K.Rai 2007-06-28 . chapter 2Sorry iv taken so long, iv only just seen this story. Its great!! Very emotive, and beautifully written! I think it's great how you have not actually written any of their names yet made it so we know who they are. But the poor mother! I'm sorry iv taken so long with my story too, it should be up this week. Well done! |
Susicar 2007-06-27 . chapter 2"Did everyone miss me?" You ask! Of course, thank God you are very "productive" and hard worker *sigh of relieve*.
Now, the fic: really magnific, very deep and touching. Is odd, but i always think Sherlock don't has a very dramatic
childhood, but yet some authors (my favourites authors) has writen very goods fics about the past "traumas" of him.
Ps 1: You don't need excuses.
PS 2: You are very succesful in the one-shot style. (by the other hand: you think to publish a book... oh, this is my eternal dream when i think in my dear little authors... ojala you can achieve this someday... i cross my fingers... om... (yoga position)
PS 3: I agree with you: AUTHORS, PLEASE UPDATE SOON! |
