That was intense. I think this is the first Real Syaoran fic that I've read that held my attention the entire time. Your writing is really good. The only thing that I would suggest is to put the sentences at the end of each group in italics or something so its easier to differentiate them from the rest of the text and emphasize them a bit more. I don't know if that was the screw up you were talking about though.

Keep up the good work. I hope you come out with more. This was really enjoyable.

If real!Syaoran's heart was in clone!Syaoran, then aren't the feelings of the clone r!Syaoran's...? I like the way you did this, especially the part where he breaks out.

This was an unexpectedly beautiful piece: the memories warm and light, the present harsh and dark. The atmosphere of the piece reflects R!Shaoran perfectly, strong, determined, hurt, wistful, someone who has been wronged and robbed and has seen better days. I love how this retrospective piece gave us a glimpse of Shaoran before we knew him and led right up to the Infinity arc, where we got a good look at him for the first time.
