| Carapace 2007-07-05 ch 2, | abuseGood job with the earlier arrival of Redlance's powers-- I like that Jarrah and Ingen still don't seem ready to handle a gifted cub/kit, even when the power is something much more acceptable in their lives. I almost feel sorry for poor little Ulm, even though he'll probably have a much less painful life this time around. Stubborn, strong-minded Rayek goes and gets maybe the most appropriate parents in the EQ canon, and Redlance gets... Jarrah and Ingen. Blegh. And it makes sense that the sound-name Sun Folk would just use the name the baby was born with, however they happen to know it.. but why didn't Rayek get a Wolfrider name? Not a complaint at all, just a question. Or is that going to be a plot point?:) The only complaint is that there aren't more and longer chapters. Thanks! |
