This isn't that bad and won't be. As long as you're plot doesn't end up in the realms of insanity. I think it'll be intresting to watch how Draco and Arty handle each other.

Jared, I don't think you've read the Harry Potter series well enough. or maybe you haven't read this fanfic well enough. He was entering the SECOND year, which means he would be about twelve, about the age he was in the original Artemis Fowl, where he certainly was all those things. If this was after The Lost Colony, He would be in the seventh year/not able to be in Hogwarts because he would be eighteen.
