I like your style, the way you portray the thoughts and feelings of Elizabeth and Will, their 'almost'-moments are so real, and they way they misinterpret each of the others actions - very nicely!

As to which larger-length story you should tackle first... My vote goes for the Post-AWE one. Although I look forward to the Modern AU all the same.

But Will did tell Elizabeth that he'd loved her since the day they met. Right before he freed Jack from the hangman's noose. So that shouldn't have come as a surprise to her.

Other than that, (and that was such a minor snafu, it hardly matters) it was lovely, and I can't wait to read more from you.
