This is a very good story. I've really enjoyed reading Basch and Balthier's interactions.

Ok, so I went to your live journal page and sifted through EVERYTHING and finally found the 18th chapter of this story and read it. I got your reply to my last review, and I realize that the last time this was updated was like 2 years ago. At the beginning of the 18th chapter, you said you couldn't think of any good way to end the story. I actually kind of agree, which is weird. It's difficult for me to find a worthwhile ending to this story that started out and continued with so much promise. So, the only thing I can say is just finish the darn thing, whether it's absolutely amazing or just "eh...". I think anyone who actually read the 18th chapter is just happy there was some Basch/Balthier "pr0n" as you put it. Any ending you come up with will be at least mildly satisfying, as you are a good writer anyway. Pretty please?

Just wanted you to know, I freaking LOVE this story so far. I completely forgot that I had a rehearsal and was an hour late for it, because I was so engrossed with this story. Thank you for writing it. I can't wait to read more, but I'm sure I'll be sad to finish it.

Before, I was drawn to your AC FF, the close attention to historical, theoretical and character detail impressed me before the intricacies of the relationships really fleshed out.

I'm not quite sure how to articulate myself here, but the way they interact, the courtships, as it were, between Basch and Balthier, two very different men, is completely and utterly believable! But I'm sure you've already been told this before! XD

I look forward to more of this, when you feel so inclined to post another chapter!

I think this is quite possibly the very best Final Fantasy XII story. Im not big on Basch-concerned pairings... but i like your Basch, and that intrigues me. I hope to read more soon.

I have totaly enjoyed this story so far! It has a very interesting story line and is very well written. I can't wait for an update! :)

Feng-yin's dragon transfomation was certainly unexpected. That should prove interesting in later chapters.

Basch would do something to complicate things.

Well that was an interesting ending. Things never seem to run smoothly for them. I had a hard time picturing them with black hair, it just seemed too weird.

I loved the whole thing but the last line really made my day. Which is great cos I've had a long and rather crappy day. Thanks for bringing me a smile.

It's taken me quite awhile to read through all the chapters of this. I guess it probably didn't help that I started reading this when I was in the middle of exams and too busy revising to actually read. Still whenever I did find a spare moment it was a really great way to de-stress a tiny bit.

As with all your other fics the writing style is superb. And once again I find it a shame to see that such a great story has got so few reviews. I'm glad to see that you're still carrying on with this and I look forward to the next chapter.

Great couple of chapters, I like that Balthier has a family in this story, that's an interesting twist. Looking forward to more.
