argh so well written damnit (wipes tears from eyes) i hate this situation. poor nakao. in the drama he's actually quite cute and sweet. and nanba sempai is FINE. ^_^

i wish that somehow things could work out between these two. but yeah, great job writing nakao and maybe you could write some more nakao x nanba?? pretty please? ^_^

I thought this story was really well crafted, and did a great job of portraying what poor Nakao must be going through. I really love Hana Kimi too, and you're right that the 'background' characters sometimes have the most personality. I think Kayashima is one of my favourites.

Fantastic! Nakao's my favorite character (and Minami/Nakao is my favorite pairing), and there aren't enough fics about him. His personality during the books was delicious, especially his avid pursuit of a freaked out but oblivious Minami. It's nice to see a soft side, or at least an aware side to Nakao, meaning he knows it won't ever happen, but he hopes... and never cries in public about it. I just want to glomp him, then help him plot a way to get Nanba! Please keep writing more about Nakao please!

It was darling. I've always had this soft spot for poor Nakao. You can't really blame him for being bratty, right? He's been in this situation for SO long. The poor dear.
He made a really lovely girl, didn't he? I kept wishing Nanba wouldn't be so cold.
Incidentally, my favorite Hana-Kimi pairing is Nakatsu x Mizuki. There's so much tragically unrequited love in Hana-Kimi! It's so sad! Poor Nakao... and Nakatsu... and even Umeda-sensei!
Anyway, as sad as this was, it was another piece of gorgeous writing from you. You really have a way of capturing the characters authentically, while at the same time making them your own. It's nice to read something of yours for the first time in a while. (smile)
