This poem is incredible. Though the B5 allusion is clear I would almost not classify it as fanfic, since its one of the most beautiful original poems I've read. Lovely.

As a rule I do not read fan poetry as it is usually trite and badly written. This poem was neither, and I enjoyed it very much. Your meter and rhyme scheme did not cheapen your voice but strengthened it, and the imagery fit very well with the mythos and dichotomy of Babylon 5. I especially liked that the poem kept me guessing as to who it referred to until the end. Well done.

Oh, this is beautiful. And just perfect. I always wanted more Shadow POV.
