| My Dusty 2007-07-10 ch 1, | abuseLoved it! Your wording is truly awesome. Rickmanlover took the words right from my brain (she just presented them far more eloquently), so I'll just say 'ditto' to her review! Great job! |
| excessivelyperky 2007-07-09 ch 1, | abuseI bet they'll think of something, too. (even if at the end of it they _still_ have to go to the bathroom...). |
| Lone Butterfly 2007-07-09 ch 1, | abuseAW! Cute and adorable - possibly even "so saccharine...to make innocent bystanders throw up in their own mouths." I love you, my beloved beta. ~LB |

| Rickmanlover24601 2007-07-08 ch 1, | abuseAw, thanks for the comments at the top! No prob, mate. ;) So I adore this drabble. I love how at first glance we think Snape's just another boarder in Number 12. Your characterizations are, once again, flawless. I loved Snape's "I'd wait"- so very him. As if he can't be bothered mustering energy to talk or look at people. It's that lazy drawl personality of his. And then this line: It’s saccharine enough to make innocent bystanders throw up in their own mouths. It was slightly shocking at how...disgusting (for lack of a better word) it was, but I instantly got over it because I realized this is just how Snape would really talk, it's just that not many people actually write him that way. But he's a snarky bastard, and probably crude a lot of the time, and that's one of the reasons why we love him. ;) And your word choice- saccharine- is just perfect. I love that you put Draco and Ginny in here. A very nice touch. I think Snape should give up on his plans to go in anytime soon, don't you? Heh. And then, the moment he closes that book and says "Come to bed Hermione," it clicks- they're a couple and he's being his sweet loving self that I know he's capable of being from time to time. Of course, trust him to lecture her about having tea when he was planning on having coffee anyway. ;) The end is a gorgeous exchange between the lovers. This drabble is such a refreshing read and I truly enjoyed every second of it. You are such an amazing writer! And thank you so much for consideirng me when you were slightly stuck with the title. I had a lot of fun thinking up names and I think we agreed on a great one! Once again, well done! I loved it! |
