aww this was really sad! i always wondered about it but didnt it say that he imprinted on her? so then why did he have to walk away? i thot a soon as he saw her it would have been imprint...at least thats wat happened to everyone else?

This is great... but "the only girl I've ever cared about'? What about Leah? And in this story, has Sam already imprinted on Emily?

So, like many other reviews have already accurately pointed out, Sam was Leah's boyfriend while he phased for the first time and he had not met Emily until after he changed and she came to visit Leah (who is her second cousin or something), so it doesn't make sense when he mentions their baby pictures and the marrying proposal. That's all, apart from that, it was very well writen, just like all of your stories! (by the way, I've read them all... some of my homework has been very affected by that, but I don't regret it a bit!)

um...emily was the one he imprinted on [and thus, he could tell everything to her]..leah was his girlfriend before the werewolf stuff..[the one he couldn't tell anything to]
so..um..this doesn't make any sense.
he DID attack emily, but it was because they were talking about leah, not about him not being able to tell her stuff [which he COULD, in fact, tell her]
so..it's really well written, but you have to get your facts straight...

Aw I liked it very nicely written I liked that it was descriptive and well it played all out in my head i totally pictured the whole thing!! Great!

Aside from the fact that Sam was actually with Leah and then imprinted on Emily, this was really good! I think you captured what Sam was going through perfectly- his feelings and all were spot on. Great job!

Umm...
You know that Emily met when Leah (who he was in love with at the time) brought Emily from...somewhere. They weren't friends from when they were babies like Jacob and Bella...well...kind of Jacob and Bella...
But you get my point, right?
Sam imprinted on Emily when she came to visit, all by Leah's doing.
