I can definitely imagine Fuji just thrusting bread into Tezuka's hands without a second word and Fuji happily clicking away. (: That would make for a nice picture, with Tezuka being surrounded by a huge flock of birds.

Good story! You remained in character though I think some of the behaviors would have changed since they are now older. What happened to the other regulars? I guess Echizen is still in high school, and Momoshiro and Kaidou just graduated so they wouldn't be with them. Was Kawamura too busy with the sushi restaurant? How about Inui?

OMG! The image of Tezuka COVERED in pigeons is the best! As I used to keep racing pigeons, I've had my fare share of being mugged by huge hordes of them and for those not used to the sensation of all those tiny little claws digging into your clothes while leaving little scratches on your skin and crawling at your scalp, it can be a frightening experiance! lol.. not to mention the wings jabbing at your face and neck wed to the the prickle of the beaks while certain THINGS start decorating every exposed surface.!

I would SO love to have seen Tezuka's appearance once they took off! Falls of chair with laughter at the thought.. take about Fuji getting some prime black mail pics..

On the whole, I really enjoyed reading your story. Air line staff can be such ogers! Hope you had a good time in Italy. Had a long think about what you bought. ME GIVE UP! haha. Another hint please? Grin.
