By the way, it could just be that I missed it or forgot it from an earlier reference, but I'm a bit confused about Kai's age. Physically he seems around Tonk's age when he should b a teenager. I'm assuming that this has to do at least in part with his metamorph skills, but I would have thought he'd have lost hold of it during his imprisonment and blood draining by Voldy and the vampire (whose name I've currently forgotten). A brief explanation would be greatly appreciated. Maybe in a flashback to his schooling or when he learned about his heritage? Or just in a short author note or something. Anyway this is a fun and interesting story, and I can't wait for the next chapter. Please update again soon! |
