That was really awesome! You know, you did a good job in taking a different stand on Kida. Most people see her as young and innocent, having never seen another besides Milo. A lot even see her as never having killed, though I take a different stand on that, and sometimes get flak for it (he-he!). However, none of this was ever officially stated in the movie, so how are we to know that Kida was never in love before she met Milo? This story did an excellent job of portraying this viewpoint.

I don't think that this was bad enough to be rated 'R.' It was all implied, and only a few swearwords (okay, so it was the F-word, but still, just once!). I've seen worse in PG-13 stories and movies. You might get more readers if you change the rating (since the default setting is G-PG-13), and this story definitely deserves plenty of publicity, because it's quite good.

This was definitely a step in the right direction for any Disney production. The mature themes added into the plot only enhanced the flow of the story, making it one of the better Disney type stuff I've read in a long time. Kudos on the potrayals, the subtle details made all the difference. You've definitely shed new light upon the characters and given them new dimensions. Now, if only we could get the good folk at Disney to do the same, we could probably have some worthwhile entertainment. ;-)

This story has received quite a lot of criticiscm by Those Who Haven't Read It. And I'd like to express my personal opinion concerning said people in Chris Tucker's voice: Don't ever, ever, everevereverever EVER judge a book by its cover. Read it. You will not, I repeat, will NOT regret it. Also, don't ditch a story before you've finished it because the ending for this is one of the sweetest ever. Come on. What have you got to lose?
