Lorelai should defiantly be with Luke. Luke was always there for Lorelai and Rory. I know most people think she should be with Chris because he's Rory's father, but you have to realize that he also was in and out of her life. So it should really be Luke and Lorelai.

Well, there must be something in the air with Rory beeing pregnant with Logan's child (or in your case "children"). But, though, I really enjoy reading your one especially because of the "Lorelai"-Parts. And speaking of Lorelai: I would much more prefer seeing her getting back together with Luke because they're just made for each other, whereas Chris... I dunno... I think that he knows that Lorelai's still in love with Luke and that's why he wouldn't marry her again...Well, but that's just MY opinion and YOU have to work out what's best for the story to continue.

My babynames-suggestions:
Aiden Mitchum/Richard as the boy's name &
Lorelai Emily or Leonor Lorelai as the girl's name

It just would be nice to name the boy after Logan's father because I think that they actually have a strong bound and that Mitchum would be a some better grandfather than a father. But they could also name him after Richard because Rory really adores and admires her grandfather, which you could see on the show.

For the girl's name I'm not that sure... but Rory probably would name her daughter Lorelai... Yeah, I think so... ;)
