i am a r/hr shipper but i've been looking for h/h friendship fics because i think that what they share is so special, so unique.. i really wanted to read a conversation like this in the book.
you did a fantastic job and i agree with everything the fic says.. i believe that harry will always be closer to hermione than to ginny. i accept that he loves ginny, but there will always be this bond between h/h that is so beautiful. i wish there were more fics like this. i love the friendship in the series, i love the trio and i loved the part where you said that they still remained that, a trio. it was so cute, and i love to think that, that is what happened.
ok this is the longest review ever so i'll stop now, but let me congratulate you on your beautiful fic.

To be honest, this has to be the *second* most beautiful H/Hr anything. Of course beaten only by the grave scene. I have been a platonic(friendship) H/Hr fan for ages, and I don't think it gets enough credit, because not even JK could call that delusional. Thank you for that, thank you for showing that not every ship has to be romantic to be beautiful.

This is really beautiful. I'm a HHr fan too, but I have to appreciate this work of art. Very touching. I confess that all through the story I was hoping for that romantic moment, but hey, you said right there in the summary that it would be about friendship.

I love this fic, was beautiful, I don't like that Hermione and Ron ended together, but I love that you put so clarly in this fic the friendship between Harry and Hermione

I've always been an H/Hr Shipper. And even after Deathly Hallows,I still think Harry and Hermione had a stronger bond than any other pair of characters. After all Hermione stayed even after Ron left, and the grave scene was seriously touching.
But I've generally noticed Harry is pretty callous towards Hermione's feelings. Thinking her "limited and narrow-minded" and not comforting her and being all "Oh Ginny, I love you, where are you" even though Ginny's never really been with him. But extraordinarily it comes across as Rowling speaking for Harry to propogate R/Hr and H/G, rather than Harry himself.
