I liked this. Interesting concept, that what scared Dudley the most was not that his daughter was a witch but the thought of Voldemort... maybe he remembered his lovely meeting with the Dementors :)

It's good to read about Dudley becoming a better person. Maybe having a daughter with magic made him change his views. Good idea! I like the conversation.

dude! ever since I read DH ideas for fanfics have been swirling through my head constantly, but you may be the first person to think of something like this! brilliant! I thought so from the moment I saw the concept. and his daughter's a witch! perfect! please continue--I can't wait to find out what happens next. if you do, I'm sure you'll have marvelous ideas for scenes and a plot. my suggestion in that you make it deeper. I don't mean mushy--I just mean explain what they're thinking throughout the crazy circumstances. again, I LOVE your idea and look forward to reading more from you, because I think you're one of the most creative and original authors on the site.
