Cute fic, but River is only telepathic/empathic, as far as I can tell-not clairvoyant. In other words, she can only read thoughts, emotions and intentions of the people around her; she can't tell the future.

Aww, that was one of the cutest Rayne's I've ver read. I really do love it. I like that fact that Mal and Jayne are finally given some intelligence, I mean everyone always makes Jayne this entirely "dumb as bricks" routine. I mean he may not be nearly as smart as River, but the man doies have some wits about him I believe. And I think mal's mother is good as a school teacher. I find that totally believable.
