I like their chance meeting, although it was brief, but one could not help but feel that there's a red string tied to their fingers...I also like the detailed description about Hinata's paintings and the various symbolism used like how Sasuke noted the paintings, they are morbid yet dramatic, its like how Hinata coloured her life on it...

I'm really enjoying this story. It's beautiful in it's simplicity. It is refreshing to read something more mature than the usual stories on this site (I'm refering to the fics all 12 year olds love to write). I'm looking forward to your next chapter.

Just a few things, mainly spelling (I think you spelled practice wrong in the fourth chapter), and maybe not use "whilst" so much. A simple "while" would do just fine, though I'm not saying to get rid of the "whilst". It gives it an odd flair.

Will Naruto tease Konohamaru about talking to a pretty young girl (aka Hanabi)? It's kind of sad that Hinata and Sasuke don't actually know each others' names yet. I like how you have Hinata with a taste for tomatoes.
