Savvy0X 2008-07-07 ch 18,	abuseI don't even have the words to describe how I feel about this story. It's wretched, I guess the word is, but I love it. It describes the human condition so accurately, and bluntly under all of the pretty and horribe words. It's hard to say how I feel about it. Everything seems too hurtfuly real. It is one of two of it's kind that I have ever read on the internet. It is quite an ironic story really. You have written a true masterpiece here I think, and with it, you have a created a character of the likes that I have never encountered before. Mrs. Prior is despicable in all senses of the word, but when you read this you can't help but actually prefer her over everyone else. This also reminds me why I hated Beckett in the first place. There is nothing good about that man in this story. At least Mrs. Prior doesn't like to pretend to be something she isn't, like he does. I wish I was more eloquent with words, but I'm afraid I'm not, and it's hard to express how I feel through merely typed letters. I love it, and I hope you post another chapter soon. Savvy

Though I do feel sorry for her, who knows what might become of either of them if this game continues? Oh, and the description— yet again, very well done. Also, I forgot to answer your reply: being a historical nut, yes, I am EXTREMELY keen on the 18th century. :) My one favorite era... (which is the reason why I've watched all three POTC films and continously read fanfics, I guess).

Are we going to leave Elizabeth behind in the dust now? Or are she and her father going to pop back up somewhere in here? And what about Will and Jack - are they even scheduled to make an appearance in the first place? (I'd almost prefer they didn't - Norrington and Beckett are SO much more interesting.)
