So yeah, I don't usually read one-shots/short stories because I always feel they should be longer, but this is perfect. And i believe you portrayed the Doctor's and Martha's character wonderfully.

And speaking of BRILLIANT, that word is exactly what I would use to sum up this entire piece. I've always thought that the Doctor and Yuuko would be old acquaintances. I love how you gave the magic a suitable scientific rationalization (It's something that I always do myself-- magic with no logic makes me feel uncomfortable for some reason). And I love the Doctor's reaction to Clow's plan. The interaction between Yuuko and Martha was pure gold, as well. I really, really enjoyed this. It's going on my favourites.
